An Account manager in BOG builds, manages, and improves relationships with our clients. AM is always the primary contact for our assigned clients. He/She manages the requirements and requests from clients and explains to them how our product works, which features are in the development roadmap, and what would be most suitable for a particular client's need. In everyday work, he/she is working constantly with clients, support, project managers, and the development team. He/She has to be present in the process from the beginning of the collaboration and through the whole process of client onboarding and working together with them. AM aligns its priorities with the team lead and project managers.
what are we looking for:
  • Active oral and written knowledge of English, as most communication takes place in English
  • Completed at least VI. Level of education
  • Excellent knowledge of MicroSoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Skype, and other modern communication tools
  • Analytical skills and experience in preparing reports
  • Basic knowledge of gambling and concepts such as roulette, gaming machines, sports betting, etc.
  • Communicativeness and joy of working with people
  • Self-initiative, flexibility, and responsibility
  • Occasional multi-day business trips abroad
  • Regular contract with full-time employment
