GENERAL INFO

Location: Stand N8-320 at ExCEL (ICE London 2023)

Pirate's Battle Tournament will run as follows:

Tuesday, 7.2.2023: 12:00 – 18:00 GMT

Wednesday, 8.2.2023: 11:00 – 17:00 GMT

Participation: Pirates Battle tournament is a promotional activity open to all visitors of ICE gaming show who are aged 18 years or over and who agree with the below terms & conditions

PARTICIPATION

1. To participate in the tournament, visitors shall confirm that they wish to take part in the campaign by clicking “Play Now” on the website provided. Visitors will take part in the tournament by placing a qualifying bet in the participating game during the tournament period. No additional payment is required to take part in the tournament.

• Visitors who wish to participate in the tournament will have to create a new user on the website where tournament will be hosted

• Requirements for participation:

• Pirate's Pearl Megaways^TM: Qualifying bet is €0.80
• Participators must allow badge scan
• Participators must follow both BlueOcean Gaming and Gameart Linkedin pages
• Participators who will fall under the first 3 places must agree to share their personal data (name, surname, email address) in order to be eligible for the prizes

• The tournament will be based on total multiplier mechanics. Each win rewards the participant with a score based on every multiplier that the participant gets during the promotion. Points for every hit multiplier are summed up throughout the promotion. The more points the participant collects, the higher position the participant gets on the leaderboard.

• The username will be highlighted for the participators on the leaderboard in the game to follow their position. Players who fall outside the leaderboard positions will be able to see their position by checking the rank display on leaderboard.

• Each participant will receive a virtual balance of €20.

• Winnings made from the spins will not be credited to balance

• BlueOcean Gaming and GameArt reserve the right to cancel or amend this tournament at any time.

Tournament prizes are as follows:

1^st place - Cruise Vacation Package worth €1,500

3^rd place - Bottle of Kraken Rum

Winners can claim the prizes personally at stand N8-320 at ExCEL London on the following days and times:

• Wednesday, 8.2.2023: 17:00 – 18:00 GMT
• Thursday, 9.2.2023: 10:00 – 15:00 GMT

1. If the eligible prize winners fail to claim the prizes personally at the stand they will be contacted via the email which they provided.
2. Participants who will agree to share personal information (name, surname, email) will be regarded as eligible prize winners.
3. If eligible winners fail to claim the prizes personally or fail to respond to the email the prizes will be voided.

Cruise vacation package terms

1. The voucher is valid for two years; hence, it has to be redeemed before 6.2.2025
