- INTRO MEETINGAfter we receive your CV or job request, we invite you for an open and friendly introduction meeting. The goal is to know you, your professional experiences, and you as a person, your interests, and your hobbies. We present shortly our company, organization, mentoring, salary and reward system, working position, and our culture vibe and are available for any question.
- SKILLS TESTIf we’re a good fit we send to you a small job-related skill test and invite you to present it at the second meeting. The skill test is prepared by the head of the department and pre-tested with the team. You will receive a contact from the department lead who can support you with the job skill-related test.
- JOB OFFERAfter the successful skill test, we prepare a job offer to you with the detailed job description, salary, bonuses, and rewards plan, development, and growth goals: for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months. The development and growth goals include professional and personal development for you in the organization with ownership of these goals mutual between you and your mentor.
- WELCOME ONBOARDUpon aligning all the details, we sign the contract. From the first day, you will work together with your mentor who will introduce you to the team and other departments. HR will organize a coffee with general management and together with the head of the department we will follow and support your development plan. We believe we can do some magic together.
